The star – who was allegedly dropped from TOWIE earlier this year after failing a drugs test – jetted off to Majorca for a gig.
Ahead of the show, he uploaded various videos to his Instagram Stories.
In one, he said: "It's gonna be a fantastic gig. Arg is in Spain."
Taking to the stage for his gig, the Mirror reports that Arg introduced himself and reassured fans that he was doing well.
Reflecting on the headlines, he said: "It's been a hell of a week for me, it's been a tough week, but I'm so glad to be here tonight."

The star's ex-girlfriend Gemma Collins called the police after James failed to pick up his phone for 12 hours.
She apparently feared that he had overdosed on drugs.
He said he didn't pick up because he wasn't talking to "a certain person".
Arg told The Sun: "I wasn't speaking to a certain person so I didn't reply.
"They became concerned and called the police and ambulance. They turned up and checked on me. They came up to my room to make sure I was fine."
He added: "The police and paramedics were only here for about ten minutes. I'm slightly embarrassed really. I apologise for any wasted police time as I was absolutely fine."
Earlier this week, Gemma reportedly dumped Arg for refusing to go to rehab.
