The Strictly Come Dancing judges are down a member for this weekend’s show after Craig Revel Horwood tested positive for COVID-19.
And, while bookies have their favourite to temporarily replace him, surely there is only one man for the job.

Who is the bookies’ favourite to join the Strictly Come Dancing judges?
Pro dancer Oti Mabuse is the early favourite to replace Craig, with Aljaz coming in as second favourite.
After just exiting the show with celebrity partner Sara Davies, though, he’s top of our judging panel list.

The pro dancer – who is married to Janette Manrara – has a personality that’s unmatched on the show.
Just watch one episode of him on It Takes Two if you don’t believe me on that one.
He’s funny, compassionate and without a doubt my favourite pro.
Not only that but, like Anton Du Beke, he has a wealth of dance experience on the show.
He knows how it works and the constructive criticism he could bring to the show from the other side of the desk could help propel the remaining celebrities to a whole other level of brilliance.
And, of course, he hasn’t exactly been hit with the ugly stick!
Book Aljaz and let the viewers decide
Like Anton last year, Aljaz went out too early in the competition.
Let him step in for Craig this week and let the viewers – who are a vocal group on Twitter – deliver their verdict.
I’d place a bet that they love him (especially if he wears a tux!).
Would Aljaz like to join the Strictly judges?
Aljaz himself recently revealed that the judging panel is where he’d like his career to head.
At the start of the series when it was revealed he was paired with Sara, one cruel fan taunted him over him being destined to become the Anton of the series.
“Poor Aljaz has become the new Anton,” the commenter wrote.
It seems the commenter was highlighting how Anton was frequently saddled with celebs who often struggled to make it past the first few weeks of the competition.
Not only were they wrong, but Aljaz himself hit back at the criticism and said that he aspired to be just like Anton.

Clearly unimpressed with the comment, Aljaz wrote: “Huh. One day my dream is to become Anton.
“Meaning sitting next to him behind that [judges’] desk. So nothing poor about that.”
So will Aljaz’s dream be realised this coming weekend?
We certainly hope so… And, should it happen, where next for Aljaz and wife Janette?
After her star turn on It Takes Two this year, the sky’s the limit and, dare we say it, a future power couple who could one day rival the likes of Holly and Phil?
