Arlene Phillips became the first I’m A Celebrity star to eliminated from the castle tonight (December 5).
The former Strictly Come Dancing judge waved goodbye to the ITV programme on Sunday night after two weeks in Gwrych Castle in Wales.
Towards the end of the show, hosts Ant and Dec delivered the news to the campmates.

Arlene’s fellow stars appeared emotional as Ant and Dec told them in camp.
Arlene and Snoochie Shy were in the bottom two, with the radio host surviving another day in the Welsh castle.

Speaking to the Geordie duo after her elimination, the former Strictly star explained that the show was a lot harder than expected.
She said: “It is hard when there was arguments and sometimes the argument were so unnecessary.
“I know I’m leaving happily and what I’m excited about is one of them is going to win.”
Arlene went on to back Naughty Boy to win.

Viewers quickly took to social media to comment on Arlene’s departure.

Meanwhile, Naughty Boy and Matty took on tonight’s trial.

The pair teamed up in Gross Vegas – Naughty Boy’s seventh trial of the series.
