Dales actress Michelle Hardwick has shared a throwback picture from her childhood.
Michelle, who plays Vanessa Woodfield on Emmerdale, shared the picture to her Twitter.

The snap showed Michelle on Christmas morning holding up two cassette tapes from 1980’s pop group Five Star.
She captioned the post: “Look how thrilled I was this Christmas morning @5starofficial #10yearsold”
Five Star was a British pop group comprising of siblings Lorraine, Stedman, Denise, Doris and Delroy Pearson.
Michelle has played Vanessa since 2012.
Vanessa was hired as a locum vet and has become a big part of the village
During her time, Vanessa has had an affair with Rhona Goskirk.
She also had a relationship with 17-year old Kirin Koetcha. However, whilst on a break she had a one night stand with Adam Barton, who was married to Victoria.
Vanessa ended up getting pregnant. When baby Johnny was born she had a DNA test which revealed Adam was the father.
But Kirin’s father Rakesh had swapped the results and a suspicious Vanessa ordered another DNA test showing Kirin was actually the father.
Kirin later left the village after he ran over Tess Harris whilst drunk.
Vanessa now lives in the Woolpack with fiancĂ©e Charity Dingle, her sons Noah and Moses, Johnny, Charity’s pregnant cousin Chas, her boyfriend Paddy, Chas’ mum Faith and Paddy’s father Bear. It’s rather overcrowded!
Earlier this year, Vanessa was stabbed by Donny Cairn, serial killer Lachlan White’s father, after he tried to set fire to the Woolpack.

Donny then stole her car with little Johnny in the back seat. When he realised the toddler was in the back he stopped at the side of the road to leave him, but luckily Charity found them.
The following week, Charity proposed to Vanessa.
Emmerdale airs Monday to Friday at 7pm with an extra episode on Thursday at 8pm
