Viewers of Coronation Street are confused about Faye Windass’ living arrangements.
The teenager, who is the biological daughter of Tim Metcalfe, has been through a lot in her short life.
She was taken into care at a young age and was eventually fostered, then adopted by Anna Windass.

Shortly after her adoption, Faye’s biological dad Tim came on the scene and although it was a rough start, he was allowed to have contact and see his daughter.
Anna was last seen on the soap last year after stabbing and kill Pat Phelan. She decided soon after to move to Durham with Faye for a new life.
Faye then moved back in with Sally and Tim but viewers have been wondering where Faye actually lives currently as she isn’t seen often on the cobbles.
In a Digital Spy forum called ‘CS – Faye’ a viewer wrote: “I don’t know if I have missed something but is Faye Windass still on Coronation Street?
“The last time that I remember seeing her was during her talk with Craig and Amy when Amy was pregnant.
“I know she was living with Tim and Sally, but has it been mentioned if she moved in with Anna? Ellie Leach seems to have disappeared.
“I thought she would’ve been involved with the Tim/Sally, Gary and Seb storylines. Has anybody heard of her current status with the street?”
One user wrote: “I think she’s still there. I wonder if she may be busy with A levels? (The actor rather than he character that is).
Another put: “I really don’t know but I wish they would make it clear!
“It’s ridiculous how she pops up in family scenes one episode every twelve weeks or so, like we’re meant to believe she’s living on the Street then simply disappears for months.”
Another said: “Didn’t Faye go to live/stay with Anna in disgust over Tim/Gina?”

According to Coronation Street’s fan Wikipedia page, Faye lives at 4 Coronation Street with Tim and Sally.
Indeed, Faye was on screen on Friday’s episode (July 19 2019) as Kelly asks Faye about Gary and goes to talk to her brother. But how long before we see her again?
Coronation Street airs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7.30pm and 8.30pm on ITV.
