Prince George ‘astonishes Waitrose workers by helping them unload the shopping’

George stuns staff

Prince George may have already put a claim down on a job when he grows up.

The five-year-old son of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge has reportedly stunned staff at the royal couple’s local branch of Waitrose by helping workers carry deliveries into his home.

A source told The Sun: “The Waitrose delivery staff were surprised and delighted to be greeted regularly by Prince William and Prince George.

“George is always particularly helpful and is the one who asks each time what he can carry for them. He is a very inquisitive child,” they added.

“They give him lighter bags. It shows how down-to-earth William is and that he wants his son to grow up being polite and helpful to others.”

Dad William and wife Kate Middleton often spend weekends at their Norfolk home, and are regularly spotted at nearby beaches.

They often take food deliveries from their local Waitrose in Anmer, near to the Queen’s estate of Sandringham.

Anmer Hall – the Cambridges’ retreat – was a gift to them by the Queen after they were married in 2011.
