Kate Middleton’s sweet reaction to kid’s question about Queen

Is Elizabeth II a takeaway fan?

It is the question philosophers have been asking for generations: does the Queen like pizza?

And finally royal fans have an answer – of sorts – as some children quizzed The Duchess of Cambridge on her grandma-in-law’s foodie habits.

Kate – who turned 37 last week – was visiting the King Henry’s Walk Garden in London’s Islington on Tuesday.

She helped children from a London primary school to make pizzas, using ingredients harvested from the garden including oregano, marjoram and rosemary.

And one little girl had an important question.

The eight-year-old asked Prince William’s wife: “Has the Queen ever had pizza?”

Kate replied: “You know, that’s such a good question. I don’t know. I don’t know. Maybe next time I see her, shall I ask?”

Royal Correspondent Rebecca English also shared a hilarious video of the mum-of-three chatting to the children.

She wrote beside the video: “I can’t even tell you how many brilliant things there are here: Kate’s reaction to cheese and cucumber pizza; George learning about space in school – and best of all the little girl who asks her whether the Queen eats pizza! The answer was……watch on!”

It showed Kate giggling as one of the little boys suggested cucumber as a pizza topping.

Fans went mad for the video and pictures, with one commenting: “Kids are great asking questions, we all want to know if HM eats pizzas.”
