She shared an emotional post about the past

Louise Redknapp has revealed her thoughts about losing love in a new Instagram post.

The former Eternal singer, who has rebooted her solo career, shared some sad lyrics which appear to be about a past relationship with fans.

And it wasn’t long before her followers were begging her to rekindle her romance with ex-husband Jamie Redknapp, who she was married to for 19 years.

The lyrics were from a song on the 44-year-old’s new album, Heavy Love.

They read: “We used to be in love, we used to be inseparable, now it’s a little awkward…it’s like we’ve never met before.

“It’s almost like we’re strangers.

“Remember when we had it all, we used to dream big, but now it’s just…small talk.”

Fans soon rushed to speculate who the song was about and voiced their hope that Louise and Jamie could reunite.

One of Louise’s followers commented: “Go get him back 😘💋.”

A second fan wrote: “Sounds like you miss Jamie.”

Another insisted: “Go get him back, you two belong with each other, you will never love someone else the way you love each other so wouldn’t be fair on the other people anyway, so make your move, get it done 👍👍.”

One person added: “If you want him back fight for him ❤️.”

Louise has said she and Jamie are still friends following their break-up in 2017, but admitted she will always be sad about their separation.

The star, who has sons Charlie, 14, and ten-year-old Beau with her ex, recently revealed why she has kept 45-year-old Jamie’s name following their divorce.

When asked if she would drop ex-footballer Jamie’s name, Louise told The Guardian’s G2 Magazine: “Umm no. It’s such a Mum thing, but the thought of not having the same name as my kids, I could cry thinking about it.”
