During Saturday's episode, the campmates were discussing tipping and Cliff said that he gifts his driver with a holiday or large sum of money every year.
Discussing Cliff's comments, Ant and Dec couldn't resist but poke fun at the former EastEnders actor.
Ant asked Dec: "What's it like being Cliff's driver?"
Dec joked: "It's a dream job - he rings in sick most days."
Viewers found the joke funny and shared their thoughts on Twitter.
One person said: "Dec is Cliff's driver," followed by laughing face emojis.

Meanwhile, during the episode, there was a lot of drama in camp after James Haskell lashed out at Kate Garraway over the Dingo Dollar challenge question.
The question was: What percentage of adults think that a stiff upper lip is generally a good thing?
The answer was either 37% or 57%.
Kate first said: "37 per cent I reckon," before James suggested they voted.
Kate then changed her mind and went with 57%.
James snapped: "Which one are you going for?" to which Kate replied: "James we've got nothing else to do, it's okay."
James cut in: "But we keep asking the same question. Put your hand up for A) 37% or B) 57%."
The camp went with 37% and won ice pops.
Speaking to Andrew Maxwell, James said: "It's a [expletive] circus of stupidity. I can't do it, I'm too intelligent and too switched on... just put your hand up!"
