The 2021 series of I’m A Celebrity is now back underway and hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly are most definitely brightening up our cold, wintery evenings.
Last night (December 1) viewers took to Twitter to declare that the boys had excelled themselves when it came to their jokes.
And who was in the firing line? Well, none other than Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
I’m A Celebrity 2021: What did Ant and Dec say about Boris?
The pair made a couple of digs at the PM.
Opening the show, they revealed that a new camp leader had been elected.

Dec asked: “But what exactly does a leader do?”
“They look increasingly dishevelled, give cushy jobs to their mates and pretty much make it up as they go along,” quipped Ant.
“Evening Prime Minister,” Dec giggled, laughing into the camera.
‘He’s coming for you tonight!’
Later in the show the pair were at it again.
As Naughty Boy’s trial with Adam Woodyatt and Simon Gregson got underway, Dec lined Ant up to make a second jibe.

“I was wondering, how do you get to become a Lord?” Dec asked.
“You donate £3 million quid to the Conservative Party!” Ant joked.
“Ooooh evening again Prime Minister. He’s coming for you tonight!” declared Dec.

How did I’m A Celebrity viewers react?
Viewers were in hysterics over the cheeky hosts’ comments.
One said: “Ant and Dec are already taking the pee out of Boris Johnson lol.”
Another added: “Ant & Dec bashing Boris & the Tories on #ImACeleb tonight was rather amusing.”
A third commented: “Ant & Dec are on TOP form tonight. Keep going after Boris!”
