Coronation Street airs hour-long episode tonight

It's usually two half an hour episodes

There has been a schedule change to tonight's Coronation Street.

On a Friday night Coronation Street usually airs the first episode from 7.30pm to 8.00pm, then after a half an hour break, the second episode airs from 8.30pm to 9.00pm.

However, tonight only one hour long episode will air from 7.30pm to 8.30pm.

Coronation Street have reminded their viewers on Twitter by sharing a tweet which says: "It's an hour long episode tonight at 7.30pm.

"Here's Ryan to tell you all about it!#Corrie" [sic]

In a video of Ryan Russell, who plays new arrival Michael Bailey, he says "Hey guys, don't forget to tune in to tonight's hour long episode. I hope you enjoy it, I'll see you there."

In tonight's episode, viewers have a lot to look forward to.

Having spent the night together, Sarah wants to keep her relationship with Adam a secret, leaving him hurt.

As the pair row on the street about keeping their relationship under wraps, Gary watches on but gets short shrift from Sarah when he goes to check on her.

Elsewhere, Michelle teases Michael in the street, and  Robert confides in Daniel how much he misses Michelle and blames himself for ruining their relationship.

Having overheard this, Michelle comes up with a plan.

Daniel tells Robert there's an emergency at the restaurant and as he rushes over, he's stunned to find Michelle alone in a candlelit Bistro.

She admits she still loves him and wants to try again, he assures her he's always loved her and wants to make another go of it too.

Are these two finally back on track - or when Robert sneaks off to deal with some unfinished business, is he hiding something else?
