It seems the heartbreak diet is working for TOWIE star Gemma Collins.
Fresh from her trip to Los Angeles, Gemma has hit the beach in the Caribbean and showed off the results of her recent diet and exercise regime.
Wearing a black floral one-piece, Gemma looked sensational as she posed on the sand.
“NATURAL is always best,” said the star.
The post may mean that Gemma has decided to ditch plans for cosmetic surgery.
As Ent Daily reported, Gemma visited the Kardashians’ favourite surgeon during her trip to California and told him that she wanted “the fat sucked out” of her face “pronto”.

She had lost two and a half stone, but revealed: “The face don’t get any thinner.”
Body positive Gemma has recently been seen hiking in the Hollywood Hills wearing just her sports bra and leggings and, as Ent Daily reported, flashed her behind in a thong swimsuit.
Now the star’s friends and fans are hailing her as a weight-loss sensation.
Former TOWIE co-star Lauren Pope commented on Gemma’s latest picture and said: “Body [four fire emojis].”
The GC replied: “It’s coming along Popey.”
Fans also complimented Gemma on her hourglass shape. One said: “You are looking fab. A proper advertisement for real women and how real exercising and eating right can change yourself physically and mentally for the better… Not like people going under the knife.”
Another fan added: “You look amazing!!! Well done you! I’ve been watching your posts and am going to use you as my motivation! Thank you so much!”

Other fans shared the same sentiment, chatting amongst themselves about the inspirational star. “OMG look at her body now,” one exclaimed, with a friend asking: “OMG!!! How has she done that?”
The exchange continued: “I’ve seen posts of her going for hikes and PT sessions in LA.” The Instagram user’s friend replied: “OMG I need to do this with my life.”
The positive comments must delight Gemma, who has endured a tough time in recent months after splitting from her on/off beau James “Arg” Argent.
Gemma is currently in the Caribbean with her former flame Charlie King, who now appears to be acting as her personal trainer.
