DIY SOS host Nick Knowles has reportedly found himself a new girlfriend.
Ladies’ man Nick was seen on a night out with a mystery blonde last month and now he has been linked to a PR executive some 30 years his junior.
Nick, 56, and pretty brunette Emily Hallinan, 26, were spotted arriving at new West End musical Everybody’s Talking About Jamie last Tuesday (August 13).
And, while onlookers revealed they looked “pretty incognito” outside the theatre, once inside they were “definitely on a date”.

Speaking to The Sun, they said: “She was cosying up to him during the show and they shared a couple of tender moments during the emotional parts. It didn’t appear to be a serious relationship but it’s clear that they were into each other.”
Nick, who caused a stir when he appeared on last year’s I’m A Celebrity… wearing red budgie smugglers, separated from his second wife Jessica Rose Moor – with whom he shares youngest son Eddie – in January 2016.
He was previously married to first wife Gillian, with whom he shares daughter Tuesday and son Charlie. He is also dad to son TJ, conceived after an affair with former dancer Paula Beckett.

Nick is thought to have met Emily via Twitter last year after the two shared messages about a work project.
He then asked her to slide into his DMs to discuss the “fantastic opportunity” further.
The source revealed: “Nick stays pretty quiet about his love life these days but is enjoying playing the field and meeting new people.”
They added: “He thinks Emily is great and is keen to see where things go.”
Earlier this year Nick was banned from driving for six months and fined £1,500 for speeding and using his mobile phone at the wheel.
