Christine McGuinness has worried fans after sharing a picture of herself in hospital, while telling her followers to always be kind because “you never know what people are dealing with behind their smile”.
Christine, who has been married to TV star Paddy McGuinness since June 2011, posted the selfie late Thursday night.
In the shot, the 30-year-old model, dressed in a hospital gown and wearing an oxygen mask, has her eyes shut but is flashing a reassuring thumbs up to the camera.
In an accompanying message, the mum-of-three told her followers not to worry though urged them “to stay strong”.
“Please hear me when I say ‘I am very well so please don’t worry’,” she wrote. “I just had a little snooze, honestly it wasn’t long enough. But whilst I’m laying here, I’ll take a selfie and send a little reminder to stay strong.”
She went on: “Live, laugh and love every day. Be kind always, you never know what people are dealing with behind their smile.”

The post prompted a flood of messages from concerned fans who were eager to find out what was wrong.
“I hope you’re ok? Even when you’re going through your own storm you still always manage to inspire us all,” one commented under the shot.
Earlier in the week the Real Housewives of Cheshire star had travelled to London to enjoy a well-documented night out with a girlfriend, though later admitted she was tucked up in bed by 10.
“Party days are over,” she added in an Instagram post showing off her glamorous animal print outfit.
Husband Paddy, who was recently confirmed as Fearne Cotton’s Celebrity Juice team captain replacement, is yet to publicly comment on the post.

Paddy, 45, and Christine have three children, 5-year-old twins Penelope and Leo and two-year-old daughter Felicity.
