Singer Cheryl has opened up about the secrets of her sensational figure – and it appears to be easier than you think to get her svelte pop star look at home.
Asked what she drinks to lose excess weight, Cheryl replied: "Apple cider vinegar."
We're guessing she doesn't have any chips with that!
Apple cider vinegar boasts a number of health benefits and there are claims it also helps with weight loss.
Mixed with water, the drink is said to increase the feeling of fullness when consumed with a high-carb meal by preventing overeating later in the day.
Cheryl also revealed that "consistency" is key when it comes to successful long-term weight loss.
She added: "I used to do things once or twice and forget about it. You've got to do it for a few months before you see results."

The star, who is mum to two-year-old son Bear with Liam Payne, looks sensational, so we're inclined to follow her health tips.
Cheryl previously admitted that she followed the gruelling Tracy Anderson Method to stay in shape, which doesn't sound quite so appealing.
She said the extreme hour-long workouts – which she performed at home with the heating on 90˚F – left her feeling like she was "dying".
