Presenter and Loose Women panellist Jane Moore has shared a make-up free pic on social media and admitted her style choices help with her body confidence.
Sharing the candid snap on Instagram, Jane, 57, claimed her hair looked like “crap” and body needed “lift engineering”.

She captioned the photo, which showed her lounging on holiday in a bright red swimsuit and dark sunnies: “When your hair looks like crap, you’re not wearing any make-up, and you need a bit of lift engineering, there’s nothing better than a chic white hat, a large pair of extra dark sunglasses and a bright red Gossard swimsuit with built-in Wonderbra to get you stylishly through the day.
“For lunch, you just pop on a pair of shorts or a white sarong and you’re good to go #holidayhacks #France.”
Some of Jane’s fellow daytime TV stars commented on the photo to ask about her style choices and tell her how fab she looks.
This Morning co-host Ruth Langsford said: “Want that hat! How did you squeeze it into your hand luggage without crushing it?!!”
And fellow Loose Women star Coleen Nolan wrote: “Wow that is a good Wonderbra!!!! You look fantastic x.”
Jane’s followers also flooded the comments with message of support, as one simply said: “Jane, you look fab xx.”
Another wrote: “You always look great, Jane.”
A third told her: “Well, you’re not doing to bad ’cause from this side of the camera, you’ve cracked it girl!”
Jane, who has been sunning herself in France this month with husband Garry Farrow, recently shared a powerful message about body positivity for her 69.4k followers on Instagram.

The presenter opened up about her “perfectly normal tummy folds” and “cellulite” in a message posted alongside a photo of herself lying on a foam lilo and wearing a bikini.
She admitted it was a “flattering snap” and insisted she doesn’t look anything like it when she stands up, telling her followers: “Yes, I have cellulite that you can’t see, but so what? This image is still ‘real’ – it just happens to be a reclining, artfully shadowed reality captured by The Bloke who likes to take b/w shots on his phone.”
