David Metcalfe and his estranged wife Tracy enjoyed a kiss and tumble this week – and fans did NOT approve.
On Tuesday (26 June), the pair rekindled their romantic relationship in frisky scenes, which left the viewers “disappointed”.

The pair split up earlier this year when he was unwilling to forgive her past as a prostitute, and she found out about his affair with Leyla.
While they’ve managed to avoid each other since then, the old feelings came flooding back when they found themselves in the same room again.
Tracy was keen when Pollard mentioned he’d been thinking about hiring a cleaner, but she encountered problems with the vacuum.

Luckily, David was on hand to help and, after a few innuendos, one thing led to another and they ended up kissing (and the rest).
But was their frisky fumble a one-off or will it lead to the pair getting back together?
Fans were VERY clear about what they’d prefer – David to end up alone.
One fan wrote: “Disappointed but not surprised.”

However, some fans predicted that the sofa action will result in a pregnancy for Tracy…
On an online poll, 54 per cent of those who voted said they didn’t want David and Tracy to get back together.
In fact, we struggled to find one Emmerdale fan who was happy about the pair’s reunion.
