Weight is 'falling off' Arg as he trains with Love island star

TOWIE star strips off for topless pose alongside Wes Nelson

Reality star James Argent’s dedication to training to swim the channel looks to be paying off - and helping him shed plenty of pounds, too.

Arg, 31, got his chest out next to Love Island’s Wes Nelson on Instagram yesterday as he revealed he’s never grafted as much ever before as he has for his upcoming charity attempt.

And it seems Wes, 21, has every confidence his training mate will complete the mammoth task for Stand Up To Cancer.

The Dancing On Ice favourite also reckons getting ready for the swimming challenge has helped Arg shape up.

I know most people will think I will fail and not do it but I will prove those doubters wrong just like I did with the marathon.

Responding to Arg’s post, Wes backed his fellow reality star again by commenting: "My brother we got this."

Arg promised to complete the challenge and silence his critics when he announced his involvement in July.

He said at the time: "I know most people will think I will fail and not do it but I will prove those doubters wrong just like I did with the marathon.

"I won't let myself or anyone down. I'm working so hard in order to pass the medical and assessment before I even take on this massive challenge."
