Stephanie Davis’ son Caben calls her boyfriend “Daddy” in heartwarming clip

Stephanie Davis has posted a sweet tribute to her boyfriend and Hollyoaks co-star Owen Warner and revealed her son calls him “Daddy”.

The actress, 26, took to Instagram to gush over the “love of [her] life” and reflect on the “poignant” time they spent with her two-year-old son, Caben, during the bank holiday weekend.

Love like no ones watching ❤️ Just had to do a little post on how much I Absolutely love this man. He’s the other half of me. To think before we met we were both living different lives not knowing each other existed— is crazy. you have made me the happiest girl in the world! I cannot imagine my life before you, or without you. You are the kindest most beautiful person inside and out and I love every part that makes you, you. ❤️ Your an amazing daddy to Caben and we both love you so so much. Every day I wake up so happy & smiling knowing we have another day with each other, and every night when We go to sleep I thank god for another day with you. Alongside a string of photos and clips of the three of them in Wales for her nan’s 80th, Stephanie urged her fans to “love like no one’s watching” and wrote: “Just had to do a little post on how much I absolutely love this man. He’s the other half of me.

“To think before we met we were both living different lives – not knowing each other existed – is crazy. You have made me the happiest girl in the world! I cannot imagine my life before you, or without you.

“You are the kindest, most beautiful person inside and out and I love every part that makes you, you. You’re an amazing daddy to Caben and we both love you so so much.”

Writing directly to Owen, 19, Steph said she loves him and “cannot wait” for them to spend the rest of their lives together.

Commenting on the post, Owen expressed his love for Steph and revealed he’s the “happiest [he’s] ever been in [his] life”.

Stephanie’s fans also rushed to comment on the heartfelt message.

One told her: “After all the crap you and Caben have been through, you thoroughly deserve this happiness and may it last forever. So nice to see snippets of your happiness with a good man, who treats you as you deserve to be treated. Wishing the three of you a long and happy future.”

Another wrote: “YOU GUYS ARE SO PRECIOUS IT HURTS! You’re absolutely incredible Steph for turning your life around and you have this beautiful family! Feeling all emotional right now!”

A third said: “As someone who’s followed you for the past seven-eight years, this really made me tear up… you deserve all the love and happiness in the world and I really couldn’t be happier for you.”

In one of the clips, Owen holds Caben in his lap and the youngster can be seen calling him daddy.

Others show them enjoying a round of karaoke and kissing on a couch as Caben has his bottle.

In another snap, the trio can be seen walking up to the waves on a pebbly beach in Wales.

Caben’s biological father is Irish model Jeremy McConnell, whom Steph met in 2016 as a contestant on Celebrity Big Brother.

The pair’s relationship quickly hit the rocks and in late 2017, he was handed a 20-week prison sentence for assaulting Steph – although according to The Mirror, he served just 34 days before his release.
