Love Island’s Jack Fincham said he is feeling “strong and healthy” as he showed off his recent weight loss in a series of dramatic before and after pictures.
The reality TV star said he did not care that he didn’t share the same honed physique as many of his fellow Love Island co-stars but decided to embark on a new diet and fitness regime to be more healthy.
Before his fitness journey, Jack weighed 15st 12lbs and he now weighs 14st 6lbs.

“For me, getting fit was about getting healthy, it wasn’t really about the way I looked,” he said. “I was never bothered that I didn’t have the ribbed abs like the other lads on Love Island but I was bothered when doctors told me I was clinically obese.”
The star – who split from his Love Island girlfriend Dani Dyer in April – said he feels “strong and healthy in both my body and my mind” after losing more than two stone.
Discussing whether he was now getting more female attention, Jack said: “To be honest I haven’t paid much attention!
“I’ve got a bit more I suppose and people have complimented me on my transformation.
“I’ve just been focused on feeling strong and continuing my training.”
Jack has partnered with Protein World, using the four-week Slender Plan.
It comes after the reality TV star split from his ex-girlfriend Dani after meeting on Love Island last year.
Last month, the pair revealed their break-up on Instagram.
Jack wrote: “There is no easy way to say this and it isn’t going to be an easy time but me an Dani are not in a relationship anymore.
“We will always care a lot for each other and have love for each other and I mean that from the bottom of my heart and I wish her nothing but happiness.

“We have some amazing memories together and have been through a lot but sometimes things aren’t meant to be and we really did try to make it work but it unfortunately didn’t and that is life.”
He added: “That’s all I have to say, a break up is hard enough as it is for both of us let alone in the public eye so I hope everyone is considerate and understands this.”
