Hollyoaks star Jorgie Porter has announced that she is engaged to partner Ollie Piotrowski.
The star, 33, revealed the joyous news in an Instagram post.

Jorgie took to the social media platform to share the happy news.
She shared an adorable, loved-up snap of herself and Ollie, who was snuggling in and giving her a kiss on the cheek.

But of course, Jorgie showed off the rock, too.
What appeared to be an enormous, heart-shaped gem sat on her ring finger.
They couldn’t have looked happier, and she captioned the image: “OMG [ring emoji].”

It didn’t take long for celeb pals and fans to get in touch to share in Jorgie’s joy.
Hollyoaks co-star Chelsee Healey said: “Congratulations [cry-face emojis, hearts-for-eyes emojis, red-heart emojis].”
Another colleague – Steph Waring – said: Congratulations to both of you!!! Wow!!! So happy for you! [raising-hands emoji, red-heart emoji]”
Another Hollyoaks alumni, Jennifer Metcalfe, also chipped in with her congrats.

What happened to Jorgie earlier in the year?
The joyous news and images are a stark contrast to the pain that Jorgie and Ollie felt not even a month ago.
Jorgie revealed that she had tragically miscarried quads early in the year.
“It was so stressful,” she told Fabulous magazine.

“I wanted to believe everything was going to be OK, but I was scared because I knew the risks.
“At every scan, we’d have the same worry – do they have heartbeats? I was going through so many emotions.”
