She recently unveiled a new look and now newly-blonde Grantchester star Kacey Ainsworth has proudly showed off her “gorgeous” daughter Blossom.
The pair posed for a picture uploaded to the former EastEnders star’s Twitter account, with Kacey heaping praise on her daughter.

Kacey revealed that the 15 year old shows great “patience and understanding” when it comes to taking care of her younger brother Elwood, who is autistic.
Blossom can be seen smiling broadly in the image as she cuddles up to her actress mum.

Kacey posted the picture to highlight the fact that “not much is ever said about the siblings of those with ASD”, or autism spectrum disorder.

The actress recently told The Mirror about her son’s diagnosis.
She said of the 11 year old: “My son is a unique, wonderful individual and looks at the world in a completely different way.”

She added: “I feel like I’ve been given a wonderful gift by him. Obviously I wish things weren’t so difficult for him and there are times it breaks my heart.”

Kacey is perhaps most famous for her role of downtrodden Little Mo in BBC soap EastEnders.
Last year she revealed she’d never say never to a return if it meant she would get to snog Mick Carter, who’s played by Danny Dyer.
