Alison Hammond wowed her fans last week when she shared an absolutely stunning selfie on Instagram.
The 44-year-old ITV presenter and former Big Brother contestant has been shedding the pounds ever since she was announced as a Weight Watchers Ambassadors back in April.
But how is she doing it?
First off, she's been following the Weight Watchers diet, which uses a point system.
And she's been regularly updating her latest low calorie creations on Instagram.
Judging from her Instagram stories, she's swapping junk food for low calorie stir frys, banana pancakes and turkey based scotch eggs.
My WW journey is focused on getting healthier for myself.
But the diet just seems half the effort, as she's also been rigorously working out.
The TV star has shared plenty of images and videos of her working out in the gym, both aerobically and with weights.
She's been making the most of the sunny spells as well, and recently competed in a 5k charity walk.
Alison previously spoke about why she decided to embark on a Weight Watchers diet.
She said in her official statement: "My WW journey is focused on getting healthier for myself. I feel rubbish when I don’t eat properly or exercise and WW helps me with what I eat and do.
"It’s been 17 years since I began working in TV, and I’m busier than ever, especially juggling my duties as a mum.
"WW is the only programme that works for me, with the Online WW Coach there for support whenever you need it, 24 hours a day."
In past interviews she's admitted to tipping 20 stone on the scales, and that she'd ideally like to be a size 14-16.
Speaking to Planet Radio in 2016, she confessed: "I'd love to weigh 12 stone, that's the ideal weight for my height.
"I'm 5ft 9in, but if I was 15 stone and around a size 14 to 16 I'd be over the moon."
