The Jac Naylor actress has spoken in the past of her desire to do the show.
In fact, in 2018, she revealed to the Loose Women panel that she'd even had talks with show bosses about joining the line up.

"I've had a couple of meetings," she revealed.
"I have spoken to them, it is something I would love to do actually. I think for me it would be an amazing challenge."
But 2018's series came and went and there was no Rosie.
I'd kill to do it!
It seems the actress isn't giving up though and has once again thrown her hat into the ring for a stint eating kangaroo testicles.
Speaking in the latest issue of Inside Soap magazine, Rosie said: "I'm always tipped to be doing it and I think, 'Ooh, that's exciting!'
"I know it sounds ridiculous, because I'm one of those people who's had a lot of challenges in life - health-wise and family wise - but I do like to test myself.
"I haven't had a drink for 19 months and that was pretty fricking tough - and now, for some reason, I want to put myself through the jungle.
"I'd kill to do it!"

While show runners will currently be working on the line up, they've also got a headache as they try to recruit new presenters for the Extra Camp.
Following the news that Scarlet Moffatt and Joe Swash have quit the ITV2 show, it's been reported that John Barrowman is reportedly in talks to co-host the companion show with Emily Atack.
The former Inbetweeners actress was being eyed for the role alongside Joel Dommett, who is staying put on the show, after winning over the nation with her "bubbly personality" during her stint in the I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Of Of Here! jungle last year.
And now an insider has claimed Emily is set to be reunited with her campmate from the 2018 series - which saw Harry Redknapp crowned King of the Jungle - on the spin-off programme.
A source told The Sun newspaper's Bizarre TV column: "Producers loved John and Emily together last year and were looking for formats for them once they left Australia.
"When the chance to do Extra Camp came up ITV bosses thought it made sense.
"Joel can hold it together, as he's done the show before, and the newbies can bring their own madness to the table. It's all but a done deal."
A rep for I'm A Celebrity previously told Ent Daily: "We'll be announcing our presenting line up for I'm A Celebrity Extra Camp nearer transmission."
