After she revealed that she’d like to present This Morning for the next ten years, Holly Willoughby celebrated a decade with her morning TV presenting partner Phillip Schofield with a cute throwback picture.
The couple have been at the helm of This Morning since 2009, when Holly took over from Fern Britton.
Ahead of a special show today (September 5), Holly celebrated the tenth anniversary by sharing a picture of herself and Phil on the day that their partnership began.
Looking fresh faced and giddy in a white dress, Holly said she felt “lucky” to share a sofa with Phil.

She captioned the picture: “Happy @thismorning anniversary @schofe … 10 years of pure joy and laughter… so lucky to share a sofa with you.”

Fans were quick to comment on the snap, while Holly’s pal Keith Lemon said: “Congratulations.”
One follower called the pair “the best duo on TV”, while another added: “Congrats guys. I absolutely love watching you on my telly every morning.”
Another said: “My favourite couple, I can’t wait to watch you every day. Congratulations and here’s to many more happy years!!”

As she hosted the tenth anniversary show alongside Phil, Holly spoke about their first day on the famous sofa.
She revealed: “I was holding on for dear life and you were going: ‘I’m going to leave you to it!’ I just didn’t want to mess it up.”
Phil also shared a video of the couple to Instagram. He could be seen wishing Holly a “happy anniversary”.
She responded: “Ten years, a decade on the sofa.”
Admitting it has “been fun”, Phil quipped: “I’m leaving now though.”
A shocked Holly pleaded: “Don’t go! Let’s get to 20 at least.”
The pair recently thrilled viewers as they returned to the sofa after their summer holidays.
