According to reports, Kayleigh Jones, 28, vanished from her home on June 14 with partner Austin Edwards, 33.
An article in The Sun reported that Kayleigh was heavily pregnant when she went missing, but might have since given birth to a baby boy.
Police are understood to be "extremely concerned" for the child's welfare as they search for the couple.
Both of them appeared on Jeremy Kyle back in April, when Kayleigh accused Austin of abusing her physically and mentally.
During one scene, host Jeremy attempted to comfort her by offering her a biscuit.
Kayleigh and Austin are from Merthyr Tydfil, 23 miles north of Cardiff in Wales.
They were spotted over the weekend in Bedfordshire and neighbouring Hertfordshire, with ITV News reporting that Kayleigh is believed to have been in the Leighton Buzzard or Dunstable area.
According to police, Kayleigh has shoulder-length brown hair and is five feet five inches tall, with a medium build.
Her partner, Austin, has short brown hair and is five feet 11 inches tall, 5ft 11ins, with a slim build.
Cops have called for the pair to make contact with police, while anyone who spots them is asked to call 101.
Just weeks after their episode, The Jeremy Kyle Show was cancelled following the death of guest Steven Dymond.
It is believed the 63-year-old took his own life, shortly after appearing on the show to prove he had been faithful to his partner by taking the programme's controversial lie-detector test.
An inquest into his death revealed that Mr Dymond had been worried about the repercussions of his appearance on the programme.
Speaking at the inquest at Portsmouth Coroner's Court, , DS Marcus Mills of Hampshire Police said: "[Mr Dymond] became concerned about the repercussions of the show and the rumours that had started as a result."
