Susanna Reid horrified as Richard Arnold puts her finger in his mouth on Good Morning Britain

It was finger-licking mayhem today

Susanna Reid screamed with shock when her co-host Richard Arnold decided to stick her finger in his mouth this morning!

The rather bizarre incident happened as the Good Morning Britain team were discussing the nation’s favourite flavoured crisps on the show today (26 March).

GMB presenter Susanna shrieked live on air as Richard suddenly grabbed her hand and proceeded to put his mouth around her finger amid the discussion.

Showbiz reporter Richard was mimicking the Doritos advert, wear a man licks the fingers of his pal who has just eaten the snack.

The 49-year-old cracked up with laughter after grabbing 48-year-old Susanna’s hand, as she declared: “What was that?!”

Meanwhile, their co-star Piers Morgan seemed gobsmacked by the joke, too.

He’s usually the one shocking viewers, but the presenter pointed out that he wouldn’t go that far.

Piers, 53, told Richard: “What have you just done to your colleague? If I did that, I’d be arrested.”

Susanna then also agreed that even brazen Piers wouldn’t pull such a stunt.

She said: “Even Piers Morgan wouldn’t put his finger in my mouth.”

But Richard seemed amused by his prank as they then continued with the breakfast show.

Today’s finger-licking shenanigans came as the GMB hosts were talking about new channel 5 show, Britain’s Favourite Crisps, where Pringles, Walkers – and Doritos! – came top of the list.

We reckon the whole fiasco may have put Susanna off crisps for a while…
