The hosts told viewers that they had their faces painted on the wall before co-stars Alison Hammond and Rylan Clark-Neal went on to unveil the masterpiece.

To start with Alison and Rylan struggled to pull down the curtain leaving only part of the painting revealed.

As they finally managed to show off the entire piece Phil paused before saying: “I love that.”

They revealed that apparently street art can increase the value of a building by £50K – but viewers didn’t seem so sure that their art would.

One viewer tweeted: “Massive well done to Phil for not screeching out in horror when that graffiti was revealed.”

Another said: “Phil’s face when that mural was unveiled was brilliant. Looks a bit like a Sloth from the goonies #HayYouGuys.”

“Why has @Schofe got grey teeth,” another wrote.

Alongside a funny GIF another fan said: “Oh dear graffiti Phillip.”

One tweeted: “It’s probably a good job that walls coming down after seeing Phil’s eyes.”

Earlier in the show Holly and Phil had two completely bizarre interviews which left fans in hysterics and baffled.

First up the duo spoke to Martina Big who had changed her entire skin colour using radical tanning injections.

The German model appeared on the show via video link from America as she revealed she is now living as a “black woman”.

She said she’s the “proud owner of black skin” and identifies herself as a black woman.

Martina told the hosts that she has had “no side effects” and is very “proud” of her look.

The 29-year-old has faced much criticism for her look leaving Phil, 55, asking Martina why she wanted to “step into the world of controversy”.

Martina replied: “My feelings changed. A little later after my last interview with you I was in a swimming pool with white people but when I saw them, it’s strange – they’re all so pale.”

“When I go outside, I mostly get faster in contact with black people. If you compare the food and the music stuff, it’s changed,” she added, as Phil put his head in his hands.

Meanwhile fans watching from home compared her to David Walliams’ Little Britain character Desiree DeVere and Matt Lucas’ Come Fly With Me character Precious Little.

Holly and Phil also found themselves speaking to a woman who had a severe addiction to eating sponges.

Poor Emma revealed she could eat around three sponges a day after she developed the addiction shortly after her grandmother’s death.

She even admitted she once sacrificed money for transport back home in order to buy a sponge.

Emma then went into therapy with Nik and Eva Speakman who tried to get to the root cause of her habit.

Following therapy Emma appeared in the studio and spoke to Holly and Phil about overcoming her addiction with the help with Nik and Eva.

She said: “It’s completely changed since the day I went to see the Speakmans. I’ve never touched a sponge and I’ve got rid of them.

“I didn’t need them all these years. I thought it was something I needed.”
