Love Island contestant Ellie Jones had viewers in hysterics after revealing she didn’t know hotdogs were made of pork and thought lamb came from a cow.
Fans branded her “the new Hayley” as she revealed yawning gaps in her knowledge about food and animals.
Hayley Hughes previously left viewers bemused during a discussion about Brexit, which she thought would leave us with no trees.
Now she has a successor, following an hilarious chat between Ellie and Sam Bird on last night’s episode.
Ellie, who used to date fellow islander Jack Fincham, said she loved pigs pigs and that her ideal date would be to go to the zoo to see them, even though pigs aren’t in zoos.

She asked doctor Alex what pigs ate, saying that she thought it was “seeds”, to which he replied: “Anything.”
Sam then told her: “I like hotdogs and bacon,” only for Ellie to insist: “Hotdogs aren’t pigs.”
A stunned Sam said: “Yes they are. Hotdogs are pork.”
That was when things became even weirder, as Ellie asked: “Is it? I get all confused. What’s a cow?”

“Cow is beef,” Sam replied, before Ellie said: “Is that like lamb? Like mince?”
But before he could answer, she added: “What I don’t understand is that the head of the cow tastes different from the leg of the cow.”
Viewers took to Twitter to compare her with Hayley, with several questioning where the producers unearthed the contestants.
One posted: “OMG, do they even have schools in Essex? What in heavens name did Ellie think a hotdog was?”
Another wrote: “Didn’t know Hayley had a sister,” while a third tweeted: “Ellie is the new Hayley.”
