I’m A Celebrity contestant delivers a warning to camp

There's always one every year!

Jungle newcomer Iain Lee has already ruffled feathers among the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! contestants.

And perhaps it’s no surprise, given Iain warned ahead of entering camp he was out to cause drama!

Talking to Extra Camp’s Joe Swash on Thursday night, Iain admitted: “I think I’m the bloke going in there to be a massive [bleep]. I think that’s me.”

Well, at least he’s honest!

Iain’s been pretty upfront about his skills and, er, flaws ever since arriving in Australia.

He said yesterday: “This is by far the most stupid thing I’ve ever said I’ll do. It’s ridiculous. I love talking to people, I love engaging with people but what I really love to do is argue with people.

“It would be fair to say that part of my job and part of my pleasure in life is just very slightly stirring things up a little bit.

“I’m annoying, basically. That’s my job: get paid to be annoying!

“I don’t know if I have anything I can contribute positively to camp. I’m going to bring a real feeling of inadequacy and self-loathing.”

Iain has certainly been at the centre of the drama since arriving on Thursday night.

He bluntly told the contestants they all looked rubbish and exhausted when he rocked up to camp, leaving them all supporting fellow newbie Kezia Dugdale in the Iain v Kezia Bushtucker.

Iain actually ended up winning anyway and was named Jungle Prime Minister.

He then had to choose five celebs to come to Croc Creek with him, while the others went with Kezia to Snake Creek and basic rations.

Over at Croc Creek, however, there was drama when Iain clashed with Stanley Johnson.

Iain was angry that Stanley helped Jennie McAlpine cook dinner when the rules of camp meant Jennie was supposed to do it alone, leading to an angry exchange between the two men.

I’m A Celeb airs 9pm on ITV.
