We still don’t know much about the intriguing stranger except that he possibly used to be an alcoholic and Joe saved him.

He’s created more speculation after showing off some impressive martial arts skills and life-saving techniques.

So just WHAT IS HIS STORY?

Well after last night’s scenes which showed Ross writhing in pain after having a corrosive substance thrown in his face, Graham stepped in to help.

Somehow he knew just what to do in the face of such a hideous attack, yelling to get Ross’ shirt off and to hose him down with water.

He also confidently told the emergency services that he knew what he was doing.

Some viewers have come to the conclusion that the mystery man is ex-SAS.

“Who else thinks Graham must be ex SAS or something? Would not want to be on the other side of this glare!” said one fan.

“#Emmerdale. graham is the SAS SUPERSPY. THE BESS KNEES,” added another.

One commented: “Dying to find out more about Gorgeous Graham. What’s his background? Is he ex military? SAS maybe? How did he come to be working for Joe? Did he know the Tates previously? Does he have a family? Give me what I need @emmerdale! #Emmerdale #teamgraham.”

And a third added: “So Graham ex-military maybe?”

There have been are fair few theories about Graham since he turned up as Joe’s right hand man last year.

Some viewers even thought he could be the same Graham who killed Joe’s mum Rachel years ago.

Actor Andrew Scarborough rubbished this theory in a recent Twitter Q&A.
