EastEnders menace Aidan Maguire has been terrorising the Carter family of late in his bid to recover his stolen money…
And, as the pair head towards an explosive showdown, could Mick Carter be pushed to commit the ultimate crime in a bid to get rid of his tormentor once and for all?
In scenes to be shown next week on BBC1, Mick is forced to take drastic action in his war against the gangster, after Aidan pours petrol around the Queen Vic and issues a bloodcurdling threat.

Aidan has already tried to get revenge on Mick (Danny Dyer) by carrying out drug deals in the toilets of The Queen Vic.
And, on Thursday night (1 March), viewers saw Mick’s fraught wife Linda contact the police out of sheer desperation.
But Mick has plans of his own. And they ain’t legal!
He seeks help from Mel Owen, who also wants to put an end to Aidan’s shady ways, and she suggests hiring a hitman.

Although Mick is reluctant at first, he soon thinks twice when Aidan pours petrol around the Queen Vic and leaves a terrifying note demanding the money is paid back – or else.
Mick realises he needs to do something drastic to get Aidan out of their lives for good.
While Phil and Vincent advise Mick to leave Albert Square to protect his family, Mick considers all his options… And heads to see Aidan for one last dramatic encounter.
Eek. Which man will be left standing? Aidan is a hardened criminal with a nasty track record, but Mick will do anything to protect his family.
