EastEnders SPOILER: More trouble for the Taylors as the bailiffs turn up

It's one thing after another for the Square's newest clan

It’s not been an easy ride for the Taylor clan since they arrived in Walford and next week looks no different when their electricity is cut off and the bailiffs turn up.

Some might say they’ve not made life easy with their behaviour – not least stealing Arthur Fowler’s bench from the Square gardens. Not cool, guys.

But with five kids and a grandchild on the way, that’s a lot of hungry mouths to feed and there’s not much money coming in.

The family’s hopes were pinned on Keanu who recently finished his apprenticeship, but he didn’t land a job at the end of it and no one around the Square wants to give him a chance after the bench incident.

That is until he heads to The Vic and meets Linda Carter who offers him a trial shift.

Whether she does it because she wants some hot totty behind the bar to punish Mick for his infidelity with Whitney, or whether she actually genuinely thinks he’d be an asset, doesn’t matter, Keanu’s just determined to prove himself and land a full time job.

But the job might be too little too late when the bailiffs turn up at the Taylors’.

Fortunately, Karen is a dab hand at dealing with them after years of practice and sets about tricking them to get rid of them.

She manages to avoid them quite well for now and the two men aren’t able to get their hands on any of the family’s belongings.

That’s one crisis averted then!

But victory doesn’t taste all that sweet when the electricity cuts out and the family are plunged into darkness. They can’t afford to put any more money on the card so that leaves them without lights, TV, or mobile phone chargers.

As Karen and the kids set about filling the place with candles, things get even worse when the bailiffs turn up again.

The family pretend they’re not home, but it’s clear the pressure is getting to Karen as she puts her head in her hands and her brood watch on, worried.
