Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford were gobsmacked on Friday’s This Morning when a tearful viewer revealed she’d taken back her boyfriend despite him sleeping with her SISTER.
Abigail got in touch during a phone-in asking whether you should ever go back to an ex – leaving the hosts begging her to dump the man.
She explained how they’d split up but he’d started texting her and saying he wanted to get back together.

Then Abigail dropped a huge bombshell: while he’d been bombarding her with texts in a desperate bid to win her back, he’d actually been sleeping with her sister for five weeks.
“We are back together now and we are really happy but in the back of my mind I’m thinking, ‘Can I trust him?'” she said.
Well, you could have heard a pin drop…
Eamonn and Ruth looked absolutely stunned – and they weren’t alone.
Touching her earpiece, Ruth told Abigail: “Even the people in our gallery are gasping that you’re back together… how have you managed to get past the fact he was sleeping with your sister?”
Agony aunt Deidre said that wasn’t even the only issue, he’d also been deceiving Abigail by sending her messages saying how much he loved her when he was getting up to no good with her sister.
Abigail insisted: “Every day he tells me he regrets it and he loves me.”
Of course, everyone wanted to know what Abigail’s sister had to say. Well, apparently nothing, as Abigail said: “She hasn’t said anything, she hasn’t even said sorry.”
Despite that, Abigail says she’s still talking to her sister – and although their mum was “disgusted” at the time, she “respects both of our decisions because we are her daughters”.
Eamonn rather bluntly told Abigail she needed to dump him.
“You’re prepared to sacrifice your relationship with your sister and take this love rat back?” he asked.
“This is like incest!”
He also told her: “Abigail, if you switched on The Jeremy Kyle Show, that’s something you would see on there. Just think about that…”
Ruth agreed, telling her: “You deserve someone better than that.”
Eamonn added: “Abigail, the judges’ votes are in… [dump him].”
Abigail was in tears by the time the call ended, prompting Deidre to say she’d continue the chat off-air.
Deidre told her: “You’re eating up your own self-esteem to accommodate this guy who is so untrustworthy it’s really frightening. I’m all for people trying again but he has deceived you in such an awful way.
“Even if he felt for your sister, it was outrageous to have sex with her.”

Deidre urged Abigail to take a break from the man and get her head straight, but Abigail told her: “I love this man more than I’ve ever loved anybody.”
But Deidre gently countered: “The trouble is he’s taking advantage of your love.”
Viewers were equally horrified by the situation, with many following Eamonn and Ruth’s advice that Abigail should dump him.
