X Factor’s four returning wildcards have been leaked

Comes after a series of MAJOR changes introduced

If you’re not a fan of The X Factor spoilers then look away now as the four wildcard choices for this series have been leaked ahead of this weekend’s live show.

However, if you love a good spoiler and being in the know, then keep reading!

As viewers will know, the X Factor judges’ houses have just aired, showing the judges choosing which of their acts to bring through to the live shows.

But, as always, there was a twist: the good ol’ wildcard.

On Sunday night, the public was given the power to vote for the act the judges had sent home who they wanted to return for the live shows.

And the results are in!

Well, er, according to The Sun anyway, which claims to have seen the leaked wildcard list.

Drum roll please! The returning wildcards are: Talia Dean, Leon Mallet, Alisah Bonaobra and Jack and Joel.

A source said: “They’ve all been favourites throughout the season, and as we’ve seen in years previously, could well go on to be the show’s most memorable acts.

“They’re all beyond excited and are working tirelessly to prove viewers got it right and that they are worthy of a spot.”

They will be officially revealed on Saturday’s first live show.

There have been wildcards in previous years that have gone on to big things: a prime example is Amelia Lily, who was brought back in 2011 following Frankie Cocozza’s departure. She went on to finish third and sign a major record deal.

Other wildcards over the years have included Stevi Ritchie and Christopher Maloney.

Meanwhile, it was reported this week X Factor viewers can expect a BIG change in the live shows.

Showrunners have decided to axe the judges’ vote from the live shows, meaning the decision of who stays – and who goes home – rests entirely with the viewers.

That means the sing-off will be axed and the contestant with the lowest number of viewers’ votes will go home. Simple!

And if that isn’t enough, acts will perform on both the Saturday and Sunday nights with one act going home each night. Eeek!
