Corrie SPOILER: Imran Habeeb’s ex-wife arrives seeking revenge

His feathers are about to get ruffled...

| Updated:

Imran Habeeb is the guy people turn to for help.

A rock solid presence in Weatherfield ever since he arrived last year, the solicitor has been there for Alya during her legal battle against the Connors, and for David Platt after his attack on Gary Windass.

But Rana’s brother is about to face his own difficulties…

In fact, Imran’s scheming ex-wife will be arriving on the Street and the brand new character sets out to bleed him dry and claw every penny she can get out of him.

Viewers know that Imran (played by Charlie de Melo) originally turned up on the cobbles as he struggled with the collapse of his marriage.

But, according to ok.co.uk, his ex-wife Sabine is due to follow him, seeking revenge for past misdeeds.

The plot line, set to air later this month, couldn’t come at a worse time for Imran as he takes on a big new court case involving Mayor Sally Metcalfe and fraudster Duncan Radfield.

To add to his worries, his father Hassan Habeeb suffers a life-threatening stroke.

And a little bird also tells us that Imran might even be about to hit it off with another lady.

All of which is set to be thrown into chaos by Sabine’s arrival.

While Corrie have not yet confirmed who will play the money-grabbing character, we do know that Imran may be forced to sell his share in the restaurant to pay her off.

Well you know what they say about a woman scorned…

Happily, actor Charlie’s real love life is much more contented.

He is dating former Corrie co-star Nicola Thorp, who portrayed Nicola Rubenstein.

Lucky girl…!
