This Morning has sent viewers into meltdown on Twitter as countless people react to Grant Coulson’s claims that he’s too famous to work, despite most viewers not recognising him.
Grant, who has just 330 Twitter followers, made brief appearances on Geordie Shore and TLC dating show Undressed, and now claims he is so recognisable that he can’t get a job in his hometown of Newcastle. He said he has tried to get a normal job but since being on TV he has had no luck.
He told This Morning presenters Rylan Clark-Neal and Sarah Greene: “I left the call centre to go into reality TV shows and then when I did get a job I was just recognised straight away by the employer and managers.

“I wasn’t allowed to go on staff nights out in case a client saw us. I wasn’t allowed to take pictures with work colleagues.”
Though when Rylan and Sarah read out some job adverts for him to see if any of them took his fancy, he denied all of them for one reason or another, and claimed he likes being famous and his dream is to be a TV presenter.
This Morning viewers were outraged with his claims that he can’t get a normal job, as many of them said they didn’t recognise him at all. One angry viewer said: “Too famous to work??? Who the hell is he?”
A viewer from Newcastle went against the idea that everyone in the area knows who Grant is. They tweeted: “I’m from Newcastle and I haven’t a clue who he is, but I’d employ him as a punch bag.” Ouch! Grant really hasn’t made many fans out of his appearance on This Morning.
“Omg, how delusional can a person be?” added another.
If that wasn’t bad enough, Grant also dropped the F bomb on live TV after Rylan asked him if he would go to an interview they’d secured him at a fish and chip shop. Grant looked disgusted and replied: “I couldn’t work in a [expletive] fish shop though.”
The show then went to an ad break and when the presenters came back on, Rylan had to apologise for Grant’s outburst. He said: “You might have heard some language from Grant just before the break and we want to apologise for that.”
Grant has had a nose job on the NHS which he claims was to fix a hairline crack in his nose, but he has also revealed he wants a new set of teeth on the NHS too. He recently told The Sun: “The nose job was because I was attacked and it left a hairline crack in my nose, so it was done to correct the damage.
“The teeth is because of how they look on camera and is just a personal thing. Before I didn’t have a problem with them, but now I don’t like the look of them.
“There was a bit of a bad reaction when I had the nose job, but more at the NHS for allowing it and going ahead with it.

“It wasn’t my fault I got attacked, so I think the NHS should have paid for it. Lots of other people get cosmetic work on the NHS, so I don’t see why I shouldn’t apply?
“The NHS shouldn’t stop paying for these procedures; I wanted to get it done so I could get work to feel better about myself.”
