Denise Fox’s romance with Kush Kazemi reignites amid EastEnders drama

Happiness beckons for troubled Denise

EastEnders’ Denise Fox is in all sorts of trouble at the moment, but it looks like her romance with Kush Kazemi will soon be back on.

She’s in the middle of giving up her baby boy for adoption and has recently lashed out at Walford newcomer Keegan, landing herself in court.

An altercation in the Square with the schoolboy about how disrespectful he is led Denise to lose her cool.

When he brought up the fact she’s giving her child up for adoption, Dee snapped and slapped him, which saw her charged with assault.

The Walford Gazette then printed a story about her actions, plus the rant she went on afterwards about the dire state of the community.

Denise knows she did wrong and has to face the consequences , but when Keegan comes into the Minute Mart and starts winding her up again, it’s a struggle for her to hold her tongue.

Fortunately, her knight in shining armour, Kush follows Keegan into the shop.

Horrified by the scene, Kush immediately steps in to defend Denise.

That spark between them just hasn’t died, has it?

The pair embarked on a passionate fling just before she found out she was pregnant. They knocked things on the head when Dee found out her baby was Phil Mitchell’s, but they shared a lingering kiss at Christmas.

The slight problem they have is Denise’s best friend is Kush’s mum – how would Carmel feel if they got together?

With a final decision on the future of Denise’s son looming, could Kush be the one to offer her the support she needs to bring up her child instead of giving him up for adoption?

Poor old Dee’s been having such a tough time of it lately, surely she’s due a break?
