Pat Phelan is rotten to the core – we all know this.
Not only has the Corrie villain ruined Kevin’s business, managed to con Eileen into marrying him and made poor Anna’s life a misery, it’s also very possible that he bumped off Andy after tormenting him for weeks.
And now it looks like he could have a new target, in the shape of Faye Windass’ boyfriend Seb.
Taking the schoolboy under his wing after discovering his talents for theft and petty crime, it seems that Pat is training Seb to become his new partner in crime.
And no doubt he’s loving the opportunity to get one over on Faye’s mum Anna, too.
She is desperate to put an end to Faye and Seb’s romance, especially after he gets himself excluded from school.
Rightly convinced he’s a bad ‘un, she wants to keep the young lovers well apart.
But Phelan is determined to keep their romance blooming, and gives his young protégé some cash to treat Faye for her birthday.
Seb is grateful for the gift, but of course as we all know, Phelan never does anything for nothing. So we can’t help but worry about what he might have planned for Seb, by way of payback.

Mind you, Phelan might not be Seb’s biggest problem soon.
It’s not flowers or chocolates the teenager has in mind as a birthday gift for his girlfriend – instead he pays for them to have matching tattoos.
And, needless to say, when Anna finds out she hits the roof. Especially when she discovers they used fake ID to get the inkings.

And when Faye’s new tatt quickly turns infected and manky, Izzy takes an upset Faye to Weatherfield A&E to have it checked out.
But while they are there, Faye bumps into a face from her past that could well turn her whole life upside down…
With Phelan’s meddling and this latest situation facing her, is Faye in real trouble?
