X Factor star reveals secret Hollywood girlfriend

Famous connections!

X Factor’s Spencer Sutherland is hoping the talent show will launch his music career – but his other half is already flying high!

The singer, 24, is dating Hollywood actress Madison Iseman, 20, who has appeared in Modern Family and can be seen in the upcoming blockbuster Jumanji sequel.

Pretty cool!

Proud Spencer told Digital Spy: “She’s in Jumanji 2.”

Explaining her role, he said: “She turns into Jack Black in the game, it’s like a video game and she becomes him… so that’s going to be her first big [role].”

Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle also stars Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, former Doctor Who actress Karen Gillan, Kevin Hart and Nick Jonas.

Pretty impressive co-stars for your first big movie role!

On the small screen, however, she’s already established herself.

Madison currently stars alongside Miley Cyrus’ dad Billy Ray Cyrus in US sitcom Still The King, about a washed up country star who stages a comeback as an Elvis impersonator – but gets himself embroiled in scandal.

She plays the 15-year-old daughter, Charlotte, he never knew he had.

Madison’s also popped up in huge shows such as Modern Family and has another movie in the pipeline called Riot Girls.

It’s described as an apocalyptic thriller set in a world where all adults have been wiped out by a deadly disease.

Cheery!

She’s also got a large social media fan base with more than 200,000 followers.

While Madison’s hard at work in the States, she’s been sending her support to Spencer via Instagram.

She recently gushed: “I miss you already. I’m so proud of you, have a blast in London. You’re the coolest dude I know, I ain’t even lyin.

“Btw friends, watch the X factor UK because this guy is gonna win it (sic).”

Spencer is American and usually based over in LA, where he “sleeps on couches and does music stuff to get by”, as he told the judges during his first audition.

He also revealed his X Factor audition marked the first time he’d ever left the US.

Spencer booked his place in the live shows after impressing Louis Walsh at the boys’ judges’ houses.

He said afterwards: “Speechless! Thank you guys so much. I’m feeling the love! Live shows, let’s go!”

The first live show will air on Saturday night at 8pm on ITV and has an Express Yourself theme.

Spencer will sing Jessie J’s Who You Are.
