Waterloo Road fans have been left overjoyed as BBC recently announced all 10 seasons of the show are on BBC iPlayer.

On September 19, BBC iPlayer’s official Twitter page broke the news to fans.

The tweet read: “You’re not the only ones going back to school this September…

“Every episode of Waterloo Road is now available on @BBCiPlayer.”

The news of the drama’s ‘return’ left fans overjoyed and they have been reminiscing over their favourite characters and episodes.

For anyone who doesn’t remember the show or never got a chance to watch it, Waterloo Road was a school-based drama which ran from 2006 till 2015.

The series dealt with a number of different topics including mental illness, teen pregnancy, cancer, LGBTQ+, weapon violence, gangs and grooming.

During its run the cast frequently changed, however there are a number of actors who you will recognise if you’re a soap fan.

Hollyoaks star Chelsee Healey played pupil-turned-receptionist Janeece Bryant from series one to four, then returned for series six to eight.
