First Dates viewers thought Michelle Keegan’s sister had appeared on Wednesday night’s show, as one of the diners looked so much like the actress.
Jess, a criminal justice worker, resembled the Our Girl star thanks to her tanned skin, long brown hair and pearly white smile.
The similarities continued as it was revealed Jess is living in Harrogate and her Northern accent was not unlike Manchurian Michelle’s.
Jess, 26, hasn’t been as lucky in love as her doppelganger, who is married to Mark Wright, so was at the famous London restaurant in the hope of meeting The One.
As Jess sat down to dinner with primary school teacher Richard on the Channel 4 show, viewers couldn’t get over how much she looked like Michelle, 33.
“She looks like Michelle Keegan!” one exclaimed.
A second agreed she saying was the “spitting image” of the star.

“@michkeegan you have a doppelgänger on #firstdates #c4,” another tweeted the actress.
“She could be could be Michelle Keegan’s sister! #firstdates,” wrote a fourth fan of the show, while a fifth person said Jess was a “bit of a Michelle Keegan lookie likie….”
The resemblance didn’t go unnoticed by Richard, who also told her she looked like Michelle.
“I get that a lot,” she replied.
She also stunned her date when she admitted she’d spent time training to be a professional mermaid – so if Michelle ever gets cast as one, she knows who to call to be her stunt double!
Jess and Richard hit it off, with Richard saying he gave her “15 out of ten” as she “ticked all the right boxes”.
They agreed to see one another again, and at the end of the show, it was revealed they are now boyfriend and girlfriend eight months on from their first date.
Meanwhile, Michelle is currently back on screens in the second series of Our Girl. The actress recently had to defend her attractive appearance in the drama after some fans said her army medic character is “too glamorous”.

She also recently ruled out an appearance on this year’s Strictly Come Dancing.
“I’d never say never [to doing Strictly] as you don’t know what will happen in the future, but this year, yes, it’s definitely ruled out because I’m working from August until Christmas,” she told Nick Grimshaw on his Radio 1 Breakfast Show.
