It’s been a few days since the shocking news broke that Vicky Pattison’s fiancé John Noble had been seen grinding against another woman – and the reality star has opened up to fans about her “constant pain” with a series of cryptic Instagram posts.
Taking to social media on Thursday morning, she wrote beside a picture of herself: “The worst thing is not the lies, the betrayal, the constant pain or crippling humiliation, or the resounding heartbreak that hurts so much I swear it is physical not emotional, the worst thing is that the person who made you feel so special yesterday can make you feel so truly low and unwanted today.”
Next to the smiling shot, Vicky added: “These pictures are from last night… The brave face tour continues! Last night was Manchester. Outfit details tagged. As always, THANK YOU for your warmth and kindness. I do not deserve it.”
It followed an InstaStory from the night before where she admitted to being “a heartbroken mess” and another couple of posts from Wednesday when she captioned one photo: “Don’t smile to hide the pain, smile to try and heal the pain. Your comments and support are keeping me sane. THANK YOU all. Love you all.”
She added next to another: “Head up, stay strong, fake a smile, try and move on…THANK YOU for all your kind words everyone. I need to hear them.”
The 31-year-old was left devastated by pictures of a blonde woman with her fiancé at club Billionaire Mansion in Dubai.
An insider told the Daily Mail: “Vicky is totally heartbroken. She hasn’t seen John since he got back from Dubai. She is 100% committed to her busy work and TV schedule but this doesn’t mean she is OK. Far from it.”
The I’m A Celeb winner has unfollowed her businessman partner on social media, and wasn’t wearing her engagement ring during an appearance on This Morning.

Her 4million followers rushed to offer her support, writing: “Hope you’re ok… in time you will be… you might not feel it at the minute but you are a strong woman and will get through this pain 💪🏻❤️😘.”
Another added: “Bless you my angel, you deserve so much better and you will get it, everyone is rooting for you be strong you got this 👍🏾👍🏾😍😍.”
A third commented: “Sorry to hear that Vicky, you are worth more than that, he must be crazy😍😍.”
It was only last week that the former Geordie Shore star posed in a wedding dress, complete with a floor length veil and bouquet of white flowers.

She posted the picture to Instagram with the caption: “I can’t wait to try on wedding dresses again soon… 🥂💍.”
And it’s still up on her profile – despite the last few days of damning headlines surrounding John and a mystery blonde, later identified as a part-time model called Poppy Owen.
An insider at the club told The Sun: “It was shocking to see John behaving in the way he was. He was acting like a single man and didn’t care about who saw.
“The blonde lady was sat on his lap and they looked very cosy together. He had his arms around her waist and they were grinding on the dance floor.”
The pair have been dating since November 2016 and Vicky described the moment last year when John popped the question.
She said: “One morning he suggested we take his dog Roxie out for a walk. After a while we stopped for a sit down on a bench overlooking some lovely scenery.
“John was in front of me on one knee! I couldn’t believe it, I burst into tears. I said yes and then I looked at the ring and I was blown away, it was amazing.”
