This Morning star Alison Hammond accidentally flashed a bit too much as she braved the icy waters of Lapland for the ITV show yesterday (November 29).
Alison was persuaded to take a dip in a freezing lake by host Holly Willoughby, who was back in the nice, warm ITV studio.
She stripped down to a bright red swimsuit and a monogrammed black robe for the chilly challenge.
Why was Alison swimming in freezing water on This Morning?
This Morning host Holly, co-star Phillip Schofield and guest Donny Osmond watched on in horror as 46-year-old Alison climbed into the sub-zero waters.
She then began squealing as she swam, with Holly gasping: “She’s so brave,” in the background.

Alison didn’t spend long in the water and made a quick escape after a short paddle round.
But she was delighted that she’d actually done it, crying: “I did it! I did it! I feel amazing!” as she was helped out and handed a warm towel.
As she climbed out, she realised her robe had slipped, showing off a fair amount of her cleavage.
“Showing off a bit too much juice there,” she shivered as she quickly pulled her robe back around herself and headed off giggling.
This Morning host Alison ‘completely frozen’
Alison had joked she could “die” in the cold waters, before she dived in.
During the segment which was live from Jeris, Alison explained that she was “completely frozen” as she introduced the competition.
She said: “It’s minus 18 degrees. My nose hair is completely frozen, but I’m having a lovely time.
“I may at the end of the show go for a swim. I say may because that gives me an option out.”
Holly and Phil watched in shock
Holly responded: “If you’ve got the opportunity to swim in the Arctic Circle, you should just do it!”

Phillip then went on to reveal that he had previously tackled something similar.
Alison added: “This could be a first…. Alison dies live on air!”
Holly and Phil both said together: “Don’t say that!”
Despite some initial fears, Alison went on to take a dip in the freezing water.
Later on, she shared: “Holly and Phil that was one of the biggest highlights of my life!”
