This Morning presenter Toff caught off-guard looking seriously bored live on show

She saw the funny side of it!

A bored-looking Georgia ‘Toff’ Toffolo was caught out on Friday’s episode of This Morning, with presenters Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes admitting: “I don’t think she was expecting us”.

The hosts, standing in for usual stars Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, introduced Toff’s segment, with Eamonn, 58, saying: “We’re going to go live to Hollywood this morning.

“Toff is on a mission to take This Morning to the Oscars!”

The I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! winner appeared on screen, looking bored, with her chin resting on her hand.

The presenters tried to get her attention, with Eamonn shouting: “Oh there she is! Hello? Hello there!”

A crew member passes across the screen, and Ruth, 57, says: “Someone just walked across her shot.”

Eamonn tried to keep going, saying to Toff, 23: “You’re obviously not feeling the cold…”

She paused, then laughed awkwardly, saying: “Um, no.”

The Made In Chelsea star then looked off screen at producers, clearly unsure what to do.

The screen cut back to the studio, where Eamonn couldn’t stop himself laughing.

Ruth added: “Er I don’t think she was expecting us just yet. Anyway, we’ll be back with you soon Toff, and with whoever it was that just walked across her shot…”

Viewers took to Twitter to point out the blooper, with one writing: “Haha. Toff caught unawares. #ThisMorning”.

Another called Toff “dopey”.

It comes after headlines suggested the jungle queen might face the axe from the entertainment show, after Rylan Clark-Neal finally confirmed he’s returning to This Morning.

Or, at least, the This Morning Live event in Birmingham this May.

Taking to Twitter on Thursday evening, the sassy presenter wrote: “Guess who’s back. See you at @TMLiveEvent @thismorning . See you there #TmLive x”.

Fans were delighted with the news, writing: “Yayyyyy thank god you’re back!”. A second tweeted: “Fantastic news! You really are a lovely chap!”

But others questioned whether it meant he was coming back to the show itself, too.

One wrote: Are you back on @thismorning or just @TMLiveEvent 😃”. Another added: “It’s about time you came back to the This Morning couch 👌”.

A third added: “I hope this means you are coming back regularly to @thismorning as you’ve been a massive miss!! ”

Thankfully The Sun reports that the 29-year-old definitely IS coming back (yay) – and soon.

The source claims: “Rylan will be back on screen shortly – in fact, it could be as soon as next month.

The Celebrity Big Brother presenter has been a fan favourite on the ITV show, since he joined as the entertainment reporter in 2014.

In December, he announced he would be taking a break from This Morning for “a few months”, while he focused on his other jobs, which included new ITV game show Babushka, and ITV2 panel show Codswallop.

He’s also been busy scaring viewers on the recent Celebrity Ghost Hunt.

But he admitted he was missing doing the daytime show, saying: “I’m really missing being there but I just need time to myself. People think there’s an ulterior motive and there’s not.

“I just needed a break for my head, for my body, for my peace of mind.”

But fans debated whether it would mean the end of Toff’s tenure as a reporter on the ITV show.

Some were sad about the news, writing: “Toff is my fave female ever! She is a keeper.” Others disgreed, tweeting: “Please replace Toff. She’s really stuck up and rude.”

A third suggested they could both stay, writing: “Toff and Rylan don’t do the same job on This Morning, so there’s room for both of them!”

That sounds like the best solution to us.
