This Morning: Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby lose it as Spin to Win caller swears TWICE

Viewers reckon it was the best Spin to Win ever

This Morning presenters Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby were left in hysterics earlier today after a Spin to Win caller turned the air blue.

Viewers were also tickled by the bad language on the Monday (November 8) episode of the ITV daytime series.

Indeed many of those watching at home were so entertained they even hailed the sweary segment as the ‘best ever’ broadcast on the show.

Why did a caller swear on This Morning segment Spin to Win?

Caller Linda was in no way overawed about speaking on live TV, proving very chatty as she played Spin to Win with the hosts.

She also requested a portion of any winnings be donated to emergency services charities. Linda then upped the amount to £100 after she bagged the jackpot.

But Linda’s presence on This Morning was soon guaranteed as unforgettable after her no filter response to the ‘Bag of Shizzle’.

As it was lowered down from the ceiling, she referred to it without the ‘shizzle’ euphemism and called it a “bag of [blank]”.

How did Phillip and Holly respond to Linda’s swearing?

While Holly was apologetic for the swearing, both she and Phil had a hard time stifling their giggles.

“We’re all thinking it, Linda,” Phillip admitted, trying to hold it together.

“It’s true,” he continued, before Linda repeated her profane assessment of the competition situation.

“Don’t say it again!” Holly urged, holding a forefinger to her mouth as if to shush Linda.

But by this point, Phil had completely lost it and was hooting, covering his mouth with a hand.

“Twice! Twice!” he exclaimed, holding two fingers up to illustrate how many times Linda had sworn.

He continued, speaking to the side as if to somebody in charge of the winch: “You’d better take that up, take that up.”

Nobody’s ever been quite so honest.

Sighing, Phillip added: “Nobody’s ever been quite so honest.”

And as Holly continued to say sorry, she suggested it may be time to change the prop’s nickname.

But Phil insisted: “No, I’m loving this now.”
