It seems the extensive dance training and punishing rehearsal schedule has taken its toll on John’s body and he is paying the price.

On Sunday evening (28 November), John, 32, took to Instagram to share a snap of himself and Johannes along with his physiotherapist to thank her for helping his “knackered” hips.

Dan cheekily signed off, adding a laughing emoji to his words: “See you in the quarter finals.”
