Piers Morgan has been criticised by Good Morning Britain viewers over his latest remarks about the Duchess of Sussex.
On Tuesday’s show, the presenter, 54, ranted about Meghan and husband Harry‘s decision to have a private christening for their son Archie Harrison.
He even suggested Meghan should “go back to America” if she wanted to lead a private life.

He said: “You’re public people, all of you! In that moment [Royal christening], you’re public people. Stop your squealing about privacy, we don’t want to hear it.
“If you want to be private, go back to America and live privately, it’s pretty straight forward.”
His co-star Susanna Reid hit back: “They don’t have to go back to America by the way.”
But Piers ranted: “She does, she’s American!” to which Susanna said: “They don’t have to go back. She’s [Meghan] married an Englishman!”
Piers continued: “She doesn’t want to be a British public figure in the Royal family, go back to America.”

Susanna said: “She wants to live here!” to which Piers argued: “It’s a joke.”
Viewers were quick to share their thoughts on Twitter, with many slamming Piers’ comments.
One person said: “It is so stressful to watch you in the morning @piersmorgan. This is your opinion but not everyone has to hear you go on and on. Just let it please go.”
Another wrote: “He’s unhealthily obsessed about her. It’s off putting and not entertaining at all.”

Archie was christened on Saturday (July 6) inside the Queen’s Private Chapel at Windsor Castle.
The Archbishop of Canterbury officiated the service and Archie was wearing a handmade replica of the royal christening gown.
