Presenter and Loose Women star Nadia Sawalha has shared details of what her husband called one of the “most shocking” experiences they have ever had.
In a foul-mouthed rant video shared on Nadia’s Instagram, the pair raved about the trauma of being put through the extreme physical strain of… Saturday morning yoga.

In the clip, Nadia and her husband Mark Adderley burst into their car, sweaty and breathless from the yoga class, and Mark gasps: “[bleeping] hell… that was the most shocking experience of my life… I farted 84 times.”
Nadia agrees: “For [bleep’s] sake. It’s not a relaxing thing… I’m shaking. The downward dog… how can you breathe?”
The couple speak over each other as they describe being put through their paces by an instructor they insist was “amazing” but like a “fairy from hell”.
Nadia says: “She was the most amazing yoga teacher, she was like a fairy of light…
But Mark cuts in, screaming: “A fairy from hell!”
In the post’s caption, Nadia wrote: “FFS! We went to Saturday morning yoga by accident! We are broken? Will we ever be able to do the effing downward dog? Will we ever feel lithe, toned, zenned? Do you love yoga? How long did it take? When will we be able to breathe AND do the sodding downward dog?”
It not the first time Nadia has stunned her social media followers.

Last week, the TV host shocked fans by stripping off naked to go skinny-dipping on holiday.
The Loose Women panellist shared two photos to Instagram showing herself naked in a pool as she covered her breasts with her hands.
Nadia told fans this was a “whole next level in body confidence” for her and admitted Mark was shocked at her splashing around in the pool naked.
She wrote in the caption: “Whole next level in body confidence for me!!! I can’t believe it but I only swam flaming naked in the flaming pool today!!! This has never happened!!! #liberating.

Nadia, who recently spoke on Instagram about once ditching a ‘bad boy lover’, continued: “Not quite ready to haul myself up the steps in my birthday suit!!! Maybe next year eh girls!! God why oh why are us Brits so hung up about nudity?! It’s been the bane of my life!”
