Mel B ‘disappointed’ and ‘upset’ that Victoria Beckham didn’t go to Spice Girls tour

She spoke out on Good Morning Britain

Mel B has confessed her upset after Victoria Beckham failed to turn up to any of the Spice Girls reunion concerts.

Mel voiced her thoughts on Posh’s absence during an interview on Good Morning Britain this Tuesday.

It comes after Victoria said she would not to be performing with Mel B, Mel C, Emma Bunton and Geri Halliwell on their reunion tour, which finished last weekend.

When GMB host Susanna Reid asked Mel if she felt “disappointed” that Posh didn’t attend their final gig at Wembley, Mel nodded and replied: “Yes.”

The 44-year-old singer added: “I expected her to come and just say hi at least. Not even on stage, just as an audience member supporting…

“I’m sure she has her reasons for not. I’ve already said, ‘Yeah I was upset’, I still am a little bit. It is what it is and us girls we all support each other no matter what, but yeah it is disappointing.”

However, Mel made it clear there is no animosity between them, nearly 20 years after the band went on hiatus.

When asked if there is a rift, Mel added: “No. We’re all adults, we all have to respectfully get on with whatever. But it is a bit disappointing, let’s put it that way.”

Ent Daily has contacted a representative for Victoria for comment.

It’s not the first time Mel has had her say about Posh dodging the Spice Girls’ comeback.

She previously revealed she was “gutted” that 45-year-old Vic wouldn’t be joining them on tour.

Speaking during her appearance on Piers Morgan’s Life Stories, Scary Spice said: “I am sad she is not going to be there. But she is busy with what she is doing with her fashion line and her family.

“But I am gutted that she is not going to be with us. But I am still going to hold that candle and hope that she will.”
